Reflection and interactive activity based on the many forms of leadership. Aim is to engage staff in differentiating formal and informal leadership roles and to develop an action plan.



Leadership takes many forms. The literature informs us that the notion of ‘influence’ is common to all the existing definitions of leadership. This influence can extend to those who work in professional learning teams.

In this video, Michael describes his school as being characterised by high levels of collaboration, co-operation and compromise.
